I am very pleased to inform you that the results have been excellent. In our household we now have very good water pressure consistently in contrast to the varying pressure problems and poor supply problems in the past.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you personally for your friendly service that you provided us especially during the times when you and your team encountered some ‘teething problems’ soon after the initial work was done. I would just like to say, Jason did a fantastic job, I am very impressed with the job which was done and the clean up afterwards, I expected to have to clean up, but Jason did it all right down to sweeping and hosing. Thanks for a great job.
This is to let you know that yesterday Terry Ives (plumber) and myself met on site to finally complete the replacement of the particle board on the inside of Mary’s garage. It was difficult getting Mary to agree to completing this small job because she felt that the area was still very wet and she would not consider the particle board replacement until it dried out.
I would like to say that Terry was absolutely fantastic – professional, patient and very courteous even. The job was neat, he cleaned up after himself and wished her a Merry Christmas. He was brilliant and excellent to work with. A great choice. I would highly recommend him again.
